Where can I buy supplies for Polti steam cleaner?

I have a Polti steam cleaner and I'm at the end of anti-/ lotion BACTERIACIDES allergies you can add to water, which also gives a fresh scent for cleaning. I can use the machine without this product, but it would be good to find a reseller. The website Polti, etc. do not seem to stock, I can only find parts such as brushes, tubes, etc.
