What brands of dog food should I feed my dog with allergies?

I took my 2-year-old Goldendoodle from the vet today. He has scabs on his face he was irritating and itchy for a week. The veterinarian said he has dermatitis, and most likely allergies too. Besides treatment for skin problems, the vet recommended trying a different dog food, preferably with an organic meat as the first ingredient. Can you recommend any brand of food for dogs that would be good to try for a dog with allergies?
