Dinning in Ottawa with a peanut allergy?

Hello, Living with an allergy to peanuts can be very difficult when it comes to somewhere to eat dinner. I have a severe allergy to peanuts and I am traveling to Ottawa (Ottawa, Ontario, Canada) for a business trip. I was wondering if anyone knows where there are good restaurants that are peanut and nut friendly? Thank you you very much PS I've never eaten in a restaurant Chinese do you know of any in Ottawa, I'd be able to eat?
