Reddish speck on the peg leg.?

I hav particular type of allergy (it may be allergic). When I go biking or the movement or vibration again, then red pin-head size point arises in my leg (if vibrate better place arises, if more space arises itching started) not blowing up the area, if I take one tablet Avil then vanishes. (my report is blodd normal female/29). If I do not ride for 6 months, it will not appear in my body.actually it is first started from leg.when continuouly i ride for 4-5 days, then spreadls slowly is another part of body.i asked doctor.he also told me it allergy.6 months ago, I treated by a homeopathic doctor for allergy.when I take a drug not stain, but when I stop it once it would appear.But my question is it really a allergy.How Can it be cured? Wiil it heal completely? i hav 2 yrs.it suffering not serious, but im surprised why it is apeared.please wht type of response me.and disease, so tell me
