How can I cure my food allergies? ?

I went to a doctor, he took blood and told me that I am allergic to all these different foods like: milk, peanuts, wheat, corn and sesame seeds. The problem is that no, it gives me a reaction. its actually ketchup, spices, citrus, or anything that disrupts my lower lip. When I have a reaction on my bottom lip swollen, the tip of my tongue swells, and I can not breathe as well. HELP ME !!!!!!!

What Dr. give you all kinds of numbers with these food allergies? I was given numbers 0-4. The 0 is not an allergy and 4 + was maximum. I was told that the smaller numbers could be false positives. With a list of everything I believe that time many false positives especially since you are not reacting at all. You may need to keep your calendar clean diet, of a mark when you react and try to understand your trigger from there.
