flu like allergies

Any advice on how to treat my cold / allergy / flu – WHATEVER ?!?!?!?

I've been sick since Sunday night. My main symptoms are nasal congestion, pain in my sinuses, fatigue, itching ears, and sometimes I have a sore throat. I thought it might be allergies, so I took Claritin for 3 days without relief. Launch night Wed, I took Nyquil and from Right now I'm worse than yesterday. I have no fever, so there is no infection. Does anyone have ideas on how to treat it?

You need to take medicines and cough sweets cons. Healthy Eating and thats all there o see a doctor.
