Our daughter is lactose intolerant and our son is allergic to dairy and soy, so we’ve been living as a dairy-free family for several years. A lot of soy products, especially cheeses contain casein, so I avoid these entirely. I recently discovered Dr. Cow Tree Nut Cheeses, which are really quite good, and you can buy them online. We also enjoy all of the delicious coconut milk beverages, yogurts, kefir, coffee creamers, and ice cream made by So Delicious and Purely Decadent.
