Why does my dog get dizzy after playing?

Hi, I have a 2 years old German shepherd. Whenever I go home and play with it (fetch, Frisbee, etc.), it gets quite dizzy immediately afterwards. It does not show the attachment of other symptoms similar just gets quite dizzy, fixed, drinks a ton of water, and it is a few minutes later. She had been on medication against allergies (such as Benadryl) for a rash, and that's where things started to happen, but she was beside herself for several weeks and vertigo continues. I really appreciate any advice you can offer. Thank you.
