Allergies can cause a stuffy nose without sneezing, runny nose and itchy?

Usually, when I think of allergies, I think a runny nose, itchy eyes, throat and sneezing. I have none of these symptoms. I just a nose year round chronic stuffy. I tested positive for allergies. Or do you think I have a condition called vasomotor / Non-allergic rhinitis causing my stuffy nose all year round?

Yes, my symptoms are generally myself.my stuffy nose and sneezing with watery red eyes.Cats will trigger it for me.
